This hotel was booked for a conference being held at UNLV. I am still trying to work this out so I can get this submitted to my work.… There are summary charges with categories that do not match the itemization. Now, looking at a receipt, it doesn't make sense. I called a second time and waited on the line for them to send it. I called a few hours later asking for one, and they said they would send it. Upon check out the front desk was unable to provide me a receipt. They do not let food delivery drivers deliver to the room. I got yelled at by a security dude to take my hood off because I came in from out the cold. I have never seen carpets that bad anywhere.
